What Happens If You Do Not Provide The Information?
If you do not provide us the information requested of you, we may not be able to act as your accountants or we may not provide the service required by you;
Why and How Does Move 2 Cloud Collect The Information And How Is It Used By Move 2 Cloud ?
1. Move 2 Cloud collects the Information to provide you with a specific service. For example, we may use the Information you provide us to eg. Complete your annual tax return.
2. Move 2 Cloud also uses the Information to send you information (either by e-mail or post) that you request. If at any time you receive material that you did not request or do not want to receive such material any more, see Correcting and Updating Your Profile below.
3. Move 2 Cloud could contact you to provide information of services we offer that you are currently not availing yourself of. Should you not wish to be informed of such services, you should inform Move 2 Cloud in the manner set out in this policy, see Correcting and updating Your Profile
To Whom Does Move 2 Cloud Disclose Your Personal Information?
1. Move 2 Cloud will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to third parties any personal information obtained from you without your consent.
2. Move 2 Cloud will from time to time disclose information to any related bodies corporate.
3. Move 2 Cloud may release personal information to its subcontractors:

4. Move 2 Cloud may disclose personal information to overseas recipients. Such recipients are in Vietnam and India. Such overseas recipients are by agreement with Move 2 Cloud bound by the Privacy rules applicable to Move 2 Cloud in Australia.
How Will Move 2 Cloud Keep Your Personal Information Secure?
Move 2 Cloud has security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the Information under its control.
These security measures are:
1. restricted access; firewalls; and encryption. Our employee agreements require confidentiality and all employees have background checks done before employment is secured. Physical access to the premises and to computers and mobile devises is restricted.
Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information
Move 2 Cloud gives you the following options for accessing and modifying Information previously provided:
1. You may gain access to Information that Move 2 Cloud has collected about you, by contacting the person named below. We will not charge you for responding to such a request, unless we incur costs in providing the information.

Complaints
You may make a complaint about Move 2 Cloud's handling of your personal information, or in relation to your dealings with us about your personal information, by contacting the person named below.
Move 2 Cloud handles any complaints received by investigating the complaint within 24 hours where possible (i.e. if appropriate staff are present), failing this, as soon as practical. A response to any compliant will be made within 24 hours.
