No two people are the same, so coaching programs are tailored to the individual. Coaching normally takes place over the course of 2 to 8 sessions. Most people prefer face-to-face sessions, but I'm also available via phone or Skype. No special materials are required; just an open mind, some curiosity and willingness to learn.
I help organisations with a wide range of issues from breaking down barriers within teams to creating the right environment for innovation to take place. Workshops can be facilitated as stand-alone sessions or as part of a company meeting.
As a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner I run leadership, management and leadership culture surveys for any organisation wanting to take stock of and improve leadership.
